Course Overview
The course includes a diagnostic questionnaire aimed at uncovering the various traits present in the learner. The result report of this diagnostic suggests various career options congruent to the learner’s traits based on Prof. John Holland’s theory of Congruence in Career Choice. CGT program thus helps the learner in getting a clarity of his career choice and acts as a guide for him in choosing a suitable career for himself. The course also helps him in setting up a step by step plan for developing readiness for the chosen career.
Course Delivery
The CGT program is delivered on a dedicated digital learning management system. Apart from self learning modules, there are 4 instructor led live learning sessions also. The self learning modules comprise written as well as audiovisual contents.

What is the CGT program lay-out?
CGT program spans over 10 days. In these ten days the learner is exposed to:

How is the CGT program delivered?
The CGT Program is delivered on SkillKafe's dedicated Learning Management System (LMS). Learners download and install the SkillKafe App. Access to the LMS is enabled through user id & password. The ILTS are live & interactive and are hosted on Zoom which has been incorporated into the LMS.
